Basement Addition - Stittsville, Ontario

This basement unit in Stittsville, Ontario, originally featured 1,600 square feet of unfinished space. Our team began by removing the existing insulation, which had been compromised by moisture and mold. We sealed all wall cracks, filled the headers with spray foam, and installed rigid foam board insulation to ensure long-term durability and energy efficiency.

Once the space was properly prepped, we completed full framing, installed new insulation, and followed through with drywall, mudding and taping, priming and painting. Finally, new flooring was installed, resulting in a clean, modern, and comfortable finished basement.
